Serving as a subject matter expert, Culver helps staffing firms and HR tech platforms develop go-to-market sales strategies, for both pre and post-revenue stage organizations (US and Europe). Prior to entering consulting, Culver held leadership roles with Scout Exchange, Randstad NA, and ManpowerGroup NA, where he created and led national and global MSP Channels. Ray is involved with multiple non-profit organizations throughout Southern California and serves as a strategic advisor with several startups globally.
