WHAT WE CARE ABOUT

Arch Advisory Group is dedicated to fostering transparency in the job search, building a community of trust and empowering candidates with the information they need to make informed decisions. Additionally, we leverage our resources and influence to make a positive impact on society, actively supporting causes that align with our values and striving to create a more equitable and compassionate world.

ELEVATING THE CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE.

At Arch Advisory Group, we are deeply committed to elevating the candidate experience. We understand that the job search process can often be intimidating and impersonal, which is why we strive to create a warm and inclusive environment for all candidates.

With all of this in mind, our founder and President, Gary Benedik, founded UnGhosted™,  creating a transparent job search through community.

EMBRACING SOCIAL IMPACT.

We strongly believe in using our resources and influence to make a positive impact on society. Our commitment to social responsibility is exemplified through our charitable work, with a special focus on Champions For Cures, a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization.

Champions for Cures provides financial support to families impacted by cancer, easing the burden of medical bills and empowering their fight.

Each year the proceeds raised by the organization are designated by our annually elected “Champion” to be used in support of families fighting cancer and research for cures with approval from the Champions for Cures Board. We earmark 50% of the net proceeds to go towards cancer research and funding clinical trials for treatments that the elected Champion received or is still receiving. The other 50% goes towards a financial need to support the Champion and their family as many are burdened with medical bills, medical visits, lack of excess funds to support children’s education, and the list goes on. We have made it our purpose to deeply support these heroic Champions and their journey!
